Based on the Hanna-Barbera characters.

Hanna-Barbera Summer Picnic No. 3 is thought to be No. 3 in the Parade series. 
It is worth noting, however, that Picnic No. 3 is dated Summer 1971,
 meaning that it would theoretically predate Parade No. 2 (November, 1971). Also,
 all Parades have the title code 765, while 
the Picnic has the title code 775.

The indicia titles are as follows:
"Hanna Barbera Parade" for issues #1-2 and 5.
"Hanna - Barbera Summer Picnic" for issue #3.
"Hanna - Barbera Parade" for issue #4.
"Hanna-Barbera Parade" for issues #6-10.
